Upon completion of this course students will have a knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and computer concepts with the use of an adaptive three step learning and assessment path which includes a pre-test, a lesson, and a post-test.

For example, students can learn the basic skills of medical coding. The Medical Office Specialist Program prepares students for entry-level positions in medical offices, insurance companies, laboratories, and billing companies.

Depending on the medical practice or firm, medical office specialists may be employed with little or no expertise.
