Uninstall realtek ethernet driver

Do you happen to know if you are looking for a Sound device or Network adapter? Essentially, after I had updated to the anniversary update Realtek drivers have been continuously giving my computer the BSOD under 'kernel security check error'. I have already replaced every driver with drivers made by Microsoft themselves of Asus the brand of my computer. I am currently trying to find a network driver so I may actually connect to the internet aside from Realtek, though I cannot find one currently.
