Open the pdf, move the cursor it will appear as a plus sign while holding down the left click, drag a box around what you want to enlarge then right click to copy image and paste to a blank document in publisher. This allow you to move around the enlarged image or print to any size paper, adjust color and the distortion is not so bad.
